October 3rd Friday our office will be closed for WSCA Connect for Dr. Franklin’s continuing education requirements. Please plan ahead September and October are our busiest months in the year with everyone catching up and using their insurance benefits. Also, remember we have a waitlist if you don’t see the time you need.
In addition, right now it the best time to ask insurance questions to Jan or to research insurances if you are planning to change insurance with the upcoming open season this Fall. Be ready!

2025 Intake Form is required to be filled out 2 hours prior to your appointment to keep your appointment time and we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment if it is not filled out correctly with updated insurance information, contact info, card on file and any new injuries.
